Returns & Cancellations

At Mavinpro Fitness, we strive to ensure a smooth purchasing experience for all our customers. Please review our return and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 7 days of payment; however, the Buyer is responsible for covering any bank processing fees incurred.

Cancellations made after 7 days but before production begins may be subject to administrative and processing fees.

If production has started or the order is within 60 days of the scheduled delivery date, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

Mavinpro Fitness accepts return requests within 3 business days of order delivery under the following conditions:

The Buyer must provide proof of purchase and notify us via email at mavinprofitness@gmail.com before initiating a return.

The Buyer is responsible for all return costs, including:

Bank processing fees

Transportation and shipping fees

Loading and offloading fees

Labor costs

A 20% restocking fee applies if a return request is made after 3 business days of delivery.

Returns are not accepted for customized or special-order products.

Any damage incurred during return transportation is the Buyer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Mavinpro Fitness does not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Products that have been used, assembled, or installed.

Custom-built or special-order items.

Items returned without prior authorization.

Products damaged due to improper handling by the Buyer.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus applicable fees.
