These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products, parts, and services provided by Mavinpro Fitness. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Our website allows customers to browse products and create an order list. Since our commercial fitness equipment is heavy and requires detailed coordination, we need to confirm several details before processing payment. Please register your information on our website, and one of our sales representatives will contact you to assist with your order.

1. Delivery

• We make every effort to deliver products by the requested date; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
• Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on the shipping address provided.

2. Partial Shipments

• Partial shipments may be arranged if necessary and will be billed accordingly.

3. Risk of Loss

• The risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility and is confirmed by the buyer’s signed receipt.

4. Payment Terms

• Wire Transfer: 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% due before shipping.
• Credit Card: 60% advance payment, with the remaining 40% due before shipping.
• Stock or Single Units: 100% payment required upfront.

5. Returns

• A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

6. Cancellations

• Orders canceled more than 7 days after placement will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

7. Warranty

• Easy-Tier parts come with a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.
